"Aren't you tired of the same old boring lives?" Lily Tomlin asks in the upcoming ensemble comedy "80 For Brady" also starring gay icons Jane Fonda, Sally Field and Rita Moreno. But from the looks of the trailer, there is nothing boring about these ladies.

As reported by IndieWire, the trailer for a new comedy from Paramount is here and it looks like pure fun with some of the best female actors in the business.

The story centers on the four friends as they decide to follow their dream of seeing Tom Brady, in the flesh, and the Patriots take on the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI. History tells us that the Patriots won and Brady will announce his retirement, and then change his mind. But if the story behind the movie seems much more interesting, it's because it's all true.

In 2017, "four senior women did indeed travel to Houston, Texas, in 2017 to watch Brady and the Patriots against the Atlanta Falcons. And Brady is a good enough sport to appear in the film as himself with a few of his old teammates, include Julian Edelman, Rob Gronkowski, and Danny Amendola.

Sharing how the film came together, Tomlin revealed that she saw a video of Brady calling one of the women to say he liked the idea of making a movie about their lives.

"Her grandson had pitched the idea to his agent and he was so taken with the story he was going to make a movie about their adventure," Tomlin said. "I loved this woman...Her humor, her sweetness. I imagined my own mother getting a call from Tom Brady and the thrill she would get from that, and then to hear a movie would be made — my mother would be over-the-moon excited."

"80 For Brady" is also bringing a team of guest stars, including Billy Porter, Rob Corddry, Alex Moffat, Guy Fieri, Harry Hamlin, Bob Balaban, Glynn Turman, Sara Gilbert, Jimmy O. Yang, Ron Funches, and Matt Lauria — all in supporting roles.

The film will be released in theaters on February 3, 2023, before it hits streaming. Check out the hilarious trailer below.
